Gonz\u00e1lez Castro<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Este encuentro internacional reuni\u00f3 a l\u00edderes de la profesi\u00f3n para analizar las prioridades estrat\u00e9gicas de la auditor\u00eda interna y su evoluci\u00f3n frente a los desaf\u00edos actuales y futuros.<\/p><p>Entre los principales temas abordados, se destac\u00f3 la necesidad de que la auditor\u00eda interna evolucione de una funci\u00f3n enfocada en el cumplimiento hacia un rol m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gico dentro de las organizaciones. Asimismo, se resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos, la preparaci\u00f3n para el futuro, la innovaci\u00f3n, la inteligencia artificial y la tecnolog\u00eda como factores que est\u00e1n transformando la pr\u00e1ctica profesional.<\/p><p>Durante el encuentro tambi\u00e9n se reconoci\u00f3 el papel fundamental que desempe\u00f1an los Institutos Nacionales en la implementaci\u00f3n de la estrategia global de The IIA, as\u00ed como el valor de la colaboraci\u00f3n internacional para fortalecer el desarrollo y la sostenibilidad de la profesi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Para el IAICR, esta participaci\u00f3n representa un reto y un compromiso para el Consejo Directivo y la Direcci\u00f3n Ejecutiva, con el objetivo de continuar impulsando la evoluci\u00f3n de la auditor\u00eda interna en Costa Rica mediante el an\u00e1lisis normativo, la actualizaci\u00f3n profesional y futuras capacitaciones dirigidas a sus
